hiii!! i like to try and start my day with something that has a definitive “end” to it (like submitting something or completing 2 chapters of something) and i try to get the worst thing done with first. working out in the morning hours helps a ton too!! but def getting what you’re dreading out of the way

cleanclut has plastic-free refills that come in paper cartons. they have dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs! another brand to keep in mind!

also another way to cut some plastic out is to make your own cold brew. you can get some good quality coffee for around $7-10 dollars a bag which makes around 4-6 batches of cold brew. i really enjoy peet's french roast. you can actually taste the "flavors" of the coffee vs it just tasting like coffee (if that makes any sense). I use 1 cup of beans (which I grind in my blender, total game-changer it tastes so much better) and 4 cups of water and let it sit in the fridge for 12-20 hrs, then I filter and add 2-4 more cups of water.
