In your before and after photos, I can definitely see that the shorter parts have got longer, but that's 4 months' worth of growth? That seems incredibly slow growth, even my hair grows more than that and my hair grows ridiculously slowly.

Please tell me what you use on your hair and any tips for curls. I have curly hair and cant wear my curls more than 1 day between washes. The next day i look like a homeless person.

I’ve left the mask in overnight before and loved it but it’s been formulated in a way that 10 minutes is the optimum time to be left in (super quick and easy) If you’re asking in terms of a leave in for curls, I personally haven’t tried it but I’d say a proper leave in conditioner would be more suitable ☺️
