Hi Bro you need to carry atleat one phone Ncell is not have Good connectivity from Upper Sinuwa but you can get Wifi Conectivity in almost everty logdes and Hotels and don't forget to carry Medicines for Altitude sickness and Enjuries at last don't rush and walk slow try to drink fresh local watter Good luck !!

Bro kharcha approximately 30-35 thousand lagxa but you can reduce your expenses hai and if you go with packages you can get even more cheap deal hai best way to reduce your cost is sharing your transportation and hotels expenses with your friends and it will takes about 3 to 4 days for abc base cam and 2 or even less for returning from ABC good luck bro
