ABC Valley | Aru Valley | Betab Valley | Chandanwari | Pahalgam Village Tour | Kashmir

On the second day in Pahalgam, we visited ABC Valley which is known as,
- Aru Valley
- Betab Valley
- Chandanwari
Aru Valley is really most beautiful place in Pahalgam and everyone should visit it during Pahalgam trip. Aru Valley is almost 12 kms far from Pahalgam but there are many sightseeing in Aru Valley which you can cover by either by trekking or by horse ride. I got opportunity to capture few drone views of Aru Valley which you can see in the video.
Betab Valley is most popular among tourist because of its name and surrounding nature. Why it is called Betab Valley even its name was different, you have to watch it out in the video. Betab Valley is almost 7 kms far from Pahalgam.
Chandanwari is the basecamp for holy Amarnath Cave trekking. The cave is almost 32 kms far from Chandanwari and Chandanwari is almost 16 kms far from Pahalgam. There is a glacier where usually all tourist come during Pahalgam trip.
By evening we visited Pahalgam Village by walk and believe me, we experienced few most amazing and beautiful and natural places. I believe everyone should explore Pahalgam village by walk during morning or evening time.
If you will watch this video completely I can say that you will fully enjoy your trip to Pahalgam even if you are coming here first time.

Baisaran Valley is different and you have to trek or pony ride, no other option. For ABC Valley, first you can visit Betab Valley then Chandanwari. Aru Valley is on other side so you can visit it separately

Pahalgam to Aru Valley: 12 kms Pahalgam to Chandanwari: 16 kms So total 28 kms trekking feasible nahi hai. Isi liye waha ki taxi sab book karwani padti hai. Agar aapke paas private vehicle hai, to aap sab jagah le ja sakte ho, lekin outside taxi not allow

Fir vo taxi aapko wapis taxi stand pe chor degi n fir aap apni srinagar wali taxi le k wapis srinagar aa sakte ho. And same is the case with going to gulmarg and sonmarg.. is sab se transportation bhot costly ho jata hai kashmir me.. but this is their arrangement there. And we have to follow..

Betaab Valley is pretty much a waste of time. Aru Valley is good if people are willing to spend at least 3-4 hours hiking. We went to Lidderwat which was 10kms one way, and returned in about 8 hours. But none of these are 'siteseeing' places to hop from one stop to another. Whatever time, give to one place and venture at least a couple of kms inside from where the cabs drop you and pony-wallahs chase you

Littering, Littering and Littering no doubt God has given the beautiest places to explore. Unfortunately we indian people have no sense to keep and preserve their beauty in original form. Plastic rappers of the all eating and drinking are thrown with (BE SARMI) at every where. Wait and watch all these places including Himachal Pradesh and Uttrakhand will turn into the begest rubbish places. I recently visited few places in Himachal and Uttrakhand, too much Littering on the road and city side,,, nowhere in the world you can see sach a mess.. For God sake please don't forget to pick up your rubbish with you.
