If I remember correctly, this was slated for a 1992 release, but taken off the schedule, then ABC were dumped from the label.(Parlophone) I believe this may have been the last thing recorded with Mark White before he left. Great mix, thanks for posting!

I read about it in Billboard on the Dance Charts as a release that was pending somewhen around then. Stalked the 12'' bins for it for years before I gave up.

And the name of ABC's new single, from the forthcoming album Lexicon of Love II, is...Viva Love. I'm guessing it will be a reworked version of this gem, with a new arrangement and added Anne Dudley. It'll be fascinating to hear the difference between this early 1990s version and the new widescreen 2016 one.

I am interested to know. Was this supposed to be on abracadabra then got removed, or was this an intended follow up? Was there a whole album to follow? I suppose abracadabra did not do well, if they got dropped? Interesting.
