Con estos videos de senadores cuestionando a funcionarios responsables de la aplicación de las políticas del organismo de gobierno encargado de garantizar plenas oportunidades y derechos a los deportistas de ambos sexos me doy cuenta que son incompetentes, carecen de liderazgo y no tienen opiniones propias acerca de que es lo correcto y que no lo es. El wokismo ha penetrado en todos los niveles y dentro también del sistema federal de justicia. Que completo desastre. Al menos da esperanzas ver este cuestionamiento y llamado a contar de los responsables individuales ya sean funcionarios o jueces federales.

Instead, the NCAA has re-directed blame at member institutions that have failed to administer these programs in an equitable way. Member universities “can” be held liable under Title IX, as they directly receive federal financial assistance. As such, student-athletes who feel discriminated against have a path to recovery through a university-directed lawsuit.
