I had United for about 5 years. The first couple years they were great. All they had to pay fir was Dr's visits and meds. As my needs began to change they stopped being so good. Before I dropped them they wouldn't do anything that had said they would do. And my case was nothing compared to some other cases. I'm thankful I got away from then when I did. I do Not sympathize with that company . I just wish I could be on that jury!
