Bc Trunp severely corrupted the entire Federal Judicial Branch his first term. The only reason he was even allowed to run again despite inciting the insurection, was because the Supreme Court ruled the 14th Amendment didn't matter for Trump. It literaly states that nobody who takes the oath of office and then engages in insurrection or attenpts to overthrow any part of the government can ever hold office ever again. It helps tremendously when you appointed so many judges, and then face them for your actions.
