What's sad against nominee Kennedy is that some of his ideas are not off the mark. How come certain food ingredients that are used in the US can't be used in the same products in the EU. But the vaccine thing makes his nomination unpalatable. For me, I'm looking for qualifications to do the job, not hyperbole or BS. And should the head of HHS be a career administrator, lawyer, politician or doctor/scientist? It would be an ideal candidate they would fit all four of those criteria.
