I hate to say this, but I believe he’s guilty. Not once do you hear him express that he misses his parents-he looks blank, like there’s no emotion there. He doesn’t express any anger that the cops haven’t yet found the intruder and murderer. There’s a lot of holes in the story on the night that it happened. He seems extremely manipulative. His parents also called him out on constantly lying to them and “scheming,” so we know that he’s experienced in putting on an act. Sad that this happened to such a beautiful family

At this point they picking jurors they think will have sympathy for this kid. He got cut ooff from girlfriend he probably was having relations with ✅ He got cut off from other luxuries ✅ He was accused of being a liar by his own mom ✅ Apparently he is labeled a spoiled brat by his parents ✅ Who wants to be getting interviewed except a personally disorder ✅ Why did he say someone shot my parents as supposed to a murder suicide ✅ Did they suppress testing him for gunpowder residue or did they not tear it or was it suppressed or did he wear gloves ✅ Where was his girlfriend ✅ I guess it makes sense for someone to know his parents so well to creep on their home and take a chance on them hearing them and shooting them with a gun they keep near by in case someone breaks in their home to Shoot them in the head while they sleep all the while expecting the alarm system to fail and leave behind possible witnesses because after am the soul purpose was to come inside the home and kill the parents with their own gun ✅ It makes so much sense NOT! Has he convinced himself or his own lies ✅

I read somewhere that the parents had some side prostitution thing going on. I don't know if that is related or true. But let's say someone was already in the house known by the parents (the kid was in his room so he might not have known the purp was there already) and the dad's gun is easy accessible to the shooter. Then he/she shoots the victims? Maybe no arguing just pissed on some other shyt. The one thing that I can't understand is the police say the son "said" he deactivated the alarm for the police. I wish I could see the testimony of the alarm company. Could it have already be deactivated and the kid was just pushing the buttons thinking he deactivated it? Did the perp know the code and reactivated the alarm when he/she left? IF the alarm was already set and really deactivated by the accused, that is hard to explain with no other way to exit the home without setting off the alarm. On that note I think the kid is capable and smart. It's very possible he did it. Put him on that stand and the prosecutor may bring out his possible rage from that evening. He's saying some of the similar things Chris Watts said too. "I just want them back." The other question to that end is what was going on in the house that would get him so damn mad he would shoot his parents? Did they tell him he can't have a GF? Did the parents tell him he is going to a college he didn't want to go to? Did he get grounded and he was pissed? And what is up with this new evidence the Defense Team is saying his younger brother saw the shooter? WTF. When is this retrial happening?

I just gained some new knowledge over at the Scale Of Justice YT which showed the opening statements and provided a write up of additional evidence and statements. The new info helped some of my questions in my first comment. Based on what I just read and saw, I think there is motive and evidence he commited the crime. BUT, in court I can also see how the defense put that reasonable doubt in those 4 jurors who did not convict. And he will probably go free in the retrial as well. Any date set for this retrial? I read somewhere that it was supposed to start last October. I guess C19 screwed that court date too. Anyhow..tbc...

He is guilty because in my 40 yrs of law enforcement I have never heard of a killer using the victims gun and then just leaving it on a counter. People are allowing their emotions to guide their thinking and not using simple logic sir. It's insane that he was not found guilty in either trial. I've been following the case for years, since the murders first happened, and didn't want to believe he did it, but once I heard the facts, I just accepted it and said he clearly did it. His parents just didn't deserve what he did to them.
@MrBayspring
@MrBayspring 2 жыл бұрын
@Teddy Jam yes if you just look at facts, not how young he was, or how soft spoken he is or you can't see evil, and just focus on facts, he is guilty. Darlene Routier of Dallas was found guilty of killing her kids because when there is no intruder, that only leaves one person.

He has no forehead movement above his eyebrows that would indicate grief or the corners of his lips moving downward which would indicate sadness. He's clearing tears before they actually appear (out of sync) and when they do, he doesn't wipe them. He eyeballs the camera with quick glances walking in & out of the courthouse. And his duper's delight is disgusting. The reporter has to control her affirmative nods when interviewing accused murderers. She really shouldn't give any nods of approval at all. You ask the question, let them talk and the truth will leak out.

After watching videos of the trial & evidence...I think he is guilty. Sometimes it’s not what a person says, it’s what they don’t say that’s suspect...he never expressed grief about losing his parents, nor anger for the “intruder” who did it. His focus has been on his self and his image. He seems narcissistic maybe even sociopathic which would explain his calm demeanor. The fact that he was allowing his defense try to frame his brother is so telling about his character. And would explain why he called the brother 1st before he called 911, hoping he would be on the scene when police got there. and why wouldn’t he go check on his sister to see if she ok? When I saw him on 20/20 I thought maybe they got the wrong person and possibly just needed to find a fall guy! After reading and going through comments and researching.. he very well could be very Quilty and possibly his sister that was never held liable. My son is 16 and can’t began to imagine him being this evil or studying plans and ways to Murder anyone! I believe this takes a very demonic soul to kill without sue cause! He was upset with his parents & was a spoil bratt who felt entitle to everything even if it took his parents life. He started the tears to make others feel sad for him.. when she asked did you kill your parents, his response was never, never.. his answer should have been No! By looking into his eyes, you see evil, & a liar.. who needs help mentally. He will kill again if he gets away with his parents murder.
