Did you even watch the show accused, innocent or guilty on the A&E channel. There is so much more to this story so this is the problem this case has more than enough reasonable doubt that’s why they had two hung juries on two different trials. It blows my mind how anybody can convict with so much reasonable doubt that’s the problem with our jury system. Also when someone has gone through now their third trial, you can’t tell me how you would respond in that moment. It’s one thing if it’s your first trial, but when this is your third time doing it in seven years, you have no idea how you would respond like people just think that by looking at someone they just judge them immediately.

I think in the first two trials the defense did a good job at presenting reasonable doubt with them saying maybe Josh did it and the jury could not get that out of their minds. The DA in the third trial did an exceptional job in removing that doubt in making sure the jury knew that Josh wasn’t there and the mental issues Josh has came after his parents were murdered. They made sure the jury knew that the parents had pleasant conversations with Josh but the complete opposite with AJ.

Trying to blame Josh was so disgusting, he was at his home with witnesses present. There is no way in hell anyone other than AJ did it. Bunch of ridiculous fools denying the clear evidence. Bizarre he got off for 7 years only a magic masked man is their only explanation and how did the alarm not work then but short time after works as AJ shut it down. Defies all reason. No stranger would enter the sealed house with no weapon but know for certain there was a loaded gun available and know exactly where it is and that it wasn’t locked up is absurd just makes no sense and test fire in his room the gun. The defense had no facts to offer to give the jury to explain away state facts they just made up stories they were not able to prove like would defendant simply produce his friend to say yes me and Aj were talking bout test firing dads gun but I left before he had chance to show me cause that statement alone could have cast serious doubts to state case but it’s clear there was no friend or he would appear in court and how could he have ever known his sister was fine but never once ask about his parents or look in their room this defies reality leaving only one person and the alarm expert has no reason to lie that system was working the records proved it Josh was totally out of picture he was with people and how did he home so fast from murder scene to his home

For me, it was the letter that his mother wrote to him/AJ about how much of an incredible liar he'd become... To me, it was painfully telling and then to hear his interrogation and how he was "remembering" shadowy figures, reasons as to why he test fired the gun in his room, excuses for the fire.... I just kept thinking of his mom's letter and I realized just how frightening that had to be for her to see the cracks in the paint, if you will, about her son. I think on some level she knew he was capable of much more sinister things and was doing her best to help him, his dad too, of course. I was hoping this man was innocent but after watching he’s not. I’ve been looking for his passion to find the “real killer”… he’s never expressed this because he is the killer. This young man made a HUGE mistake that destroyed so many lives😢

What bothers me is that AJ told police he saw a masked gunman come out of his parents bedroom, he would have known if that was his brother mask or not if that were true, throwing your own brother that you love and your super close to under the bus like that is cold as it gets.

The fact that he spoke to 911 for 16 minutes and never once mentioned any masked intruder is the most damning evidence against him, IMHO.

And no displays of sympathy for the two who lost their lives and the poor son who was accused based off of having a mental disorder which he was being treated for, which should be applauded. This is the reason many are afraid to come forward with mental issues because of the consequences and the way people view you. His whole mental state aired to the world. So sad.

Rest Peacefully to those two beautiful people whose lives were taken away by their manipulationson. Just think you would have let your brother go to prison for your evil and wicked ways. Thank you lord for allowing this jury to get it right😢

I’m hoping the brother can file a civil lawsuit against the family because they defamed him.

Do the crime, do the time, I don't feel sorry for him. He only had to wait 2 years & could have just moved out.

I actually think trying to blame it on the other brother was a mistake for the defense but then again juries want to know if not the defendant then who? I think they got it right but I wish there were other people who could be tried over and over again until the right verdict was reached like Casey Anthony who in my opinion got away with murder.
