If you would like an example of corruption you should follow the case of Sean Paul Reyes in Danbury Conneticut. 2 year prosectution for Filiming in the library. That waste of taxpayer resources is rediculous. Police threatened to kill a journalist. Police collude with city official to avoid charges of assault. DA likely pushed a malisious prosecution. Over charging and refusing to dismiss charges. 9 day prosecution for a 90 dollar trespass infaction.

Whoop-de-doo, you get 100 admonishments and then it turns into a censure. You get 100 censures, and then your get suspended for a week. In other words the penalties mean almost nothing.

Is there no end to the ‘wild west’ mentality of law enforcement? Never taking responsibility for the harm inflicted or trust of public!

Emphasizing big cases is a mistake. Every case - even the smallest case - is important to the litigants and the attorneys and the public. Someone is winning and someone is losing something. It is well-known to many and should be obvios to all that we don’t get fair and impartial judges. This is one case of one judge in one state among perhaps 10,000 in America. Trust me, you haven’t even touched the surface. And you’re right that there is way too much secrecy. If these people - judges are people after all - were as good as they are made out to be, we wouldn’t be having this conversation. Most are not. And there is a huge coverup kept from the public

@@mikemactavish1665 They NEED it pretty much specifically for Maricopa County. There are, I don't know how many, videos on here ranging from their courts down to their police. The whole county is as crooked as the day is long. You couldn't pay me enough to live there or anywhere near. The cops can kill you for no reason, get a paid vacation, then return to duty and get promoted. Their judges are just as bad. If you're not in "law enforcement" work there, you have ZERO rights and the cops and judges will make sure of that.

🚩🤦♂️ ~ It’s hard to trust this reporter when he cares about things like throwing a birthday party for a child or showing someone you have a black child so they’re not accusing you of crazy claims like racism. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want the reporter to make his report seem objective just for illusion purposes. Are you going to criticize the judge next or saying “good morning“? But I think it is incredibly corrupt for her to be negotiating a job with someone who is she supposed to be supervising, in away. There’s also a previous video on this judge in this report where they talk about how she manipulated or outright lied on her judicial report cards they’re supposed to give an accurate reflection of how each judge is doing. Those are two huge issues with me.
@patrickmcpartland1398 Жыл бұрын
So court proceedings for actual crimes should come with birthday parties for children provided by the court? How about we just throw every kid a birthday party, all year long, for their birthday. Maybe next week we can leave the kids at home and just have an orgy eating cake off each other, maybe get a bon iver to play for Emma during divorce court. Don't get me started about doing brackets with defendants at next year's March madness tournament. Week after that is swingers week with the cops and and firemen. I'm really hoping to find a judge, da, cop, firefighter polycule where we are all esch others lovers and best friends, the cop can find sexy criminals to come join us when we're feeling adventurous. Hell his wife can move in with the 5 of us during his prison sentence. In all seriousness what degree of impartiality do you think our legal system should be held to? What standards are set right now that makes things like throwing a birthday party for a child or making memes of someone is okay for you and where is the line? Can a kid who doesn't get a birthday party sue becuase the courts are showing favoritism? If a defend who was getting cake and jokes got off easy and you were watching a judge throw a child's birthday party during the prosecution for a crime committed against you, how would you feel. If doctors or emts were making memes out of patients like your parents and you saw that? That's jail, should be for a judge too. If victim and defendants child are in court on the same day and have the same birthday, how do split that up? Do lawyers and judges kids get to join in? What about the janitor? Can a lawyer bring in his staffs children to join in on the festivities?
