New Costco in northwest Fresno put on hold by city council

The city council wants the bribe money 😅. Fresno is terrible doing business. We lost Tesla and IKEA cause they didn’t want to pay Fresno city council with that bribe money

I don't want any Costco in my neighborhood. It only brings in drugs & trouble.

Whats wrong with just staying where they're at? Its been a convenient location where they've been for years for a good number of my friends and relatives that shop there. Hasn't been 4 to 5 years since another Costco moved from Ashlan and Peach out to Clovis and Shaw? I guess they're bound determined to do it again.

The West Shaw store doesn’t have a lot of parking space. Parking is shared between Costco, WinCo, Dollar Tree and other stores. Plus the traffic is bad in that area, especially when there's a train going through there, traffic gets backed up.
