All it would take would be for Tiffy-cat to write a new agenda that doesn't include reference to filling board seats. She can do that and all the financial logjam could be broken. But she is sticking to the old agenda so that she can play 'politrix' and stack the board. The whole idea that the bills can't be dealt with hinges on this small point. Absolutely! By the way, she’s the one who halted the renewal of the insurance. She believed that by doing so, it would pressure the trustee to show up and follow through with whatever she wanted on the agenda. There has never been a need to involve the trustee in a meeting to discuss the insurance renewal. She’s clearly clinging to the small amount of power she has left. Tiffany is the reason there’s no insurance, no new trustee, and no new budget. Tiffany is the reason the township and village are in disarray. Who’s the common denominator here?

Why couldn’t they just vote on the other business and walk out if the replacement trustee vote comes up? The way they’re going about things now is just worsening things for residents that need the help and services the township provides. Remember, there is an ongoing FBI investigation into Henyard's activities and the Trustees have to abide by the advice of the feds and their township lawyers. They are not doing this on their own! This is a large, scandalous legal battle and it doesn't look like it will end well for Henyard.
