The audacity of Tiffany to appeal to women of color, pleading for their support simply because she is a woman of color and claims to need their solidarity, all while evading accountability for her failures, is one of the most bizarrely ironic things I’ve ever witnessed.

it started with the 'larger media.' back then, one of the fox's (?) anchors -- a real pos herself, imo -- married tiffany's baby daddy, a guy apparently with some money. it's been mentioned that perhaps that anchor wanted to hassle her man's ex since apparently they didn't get along. i'd been watching these news reports for about three years now, i'd say. i will say it was youtube that picked up on it and exposed the story to a far wider audience, but they were basically doing response videos to the actual news reports (pretty much what they do now for the most part). to suggest youtubers exposed henyard and then the news picked up on it is ridiculous, she'd been on their radar even back in her trustee days when she was arrested for breaking into cars and as a slumlord. dolton's woes aren't exactly new, they've been in the news for a long while for corruption, incompetence, failing to pay their bills, and police abuse (that's where that $33M lawsuit, which was upheld in court, comes from and involves -- surprise surprise -- lacey).

The problem is a lot of people don't realize all the "free" stuff is being paid for by the residents, and they're spending far more than they're taking in, so the residents will be paying for these "freebies" for a decade. There's a reason why communities can't give away all kinds of stuff. It's not sustainable. A community's job is to look after each other within the community, not to rely on the government to do it. That includes local, state or federal. Let this be a lesson to those who: 1. Vote just because someone would be the "first black woman" or "youngest." There's a good reason why most politicians are old, boring, and seemingly lack personality. We call that stability and wisdom. 2. Expect that government can give you bags of groceries, tons of community events, gas, pave your driveways, etc. and then have a surplus at the end of the year. It's unrealistic, and now property taxes within the community are going to have to go up even more to cover the cost of her "lovin' on the people." 3. Don't participate in local elections. I'd argue it's far more important to vote on local elections than federal elections. Your local leaders are ones who have the most impact on how you live your life (from a government standpoint).
@johndombroski906726 күн бұрын
The problem is black people have been brainwashed by this country to vote for the exact establishment that has not only kept them down for 60 years, but made the problems in their communities EVEN WORSE nowadays. I pray that they wake up, but at this point, they’re gonna have to sit in their own shit while the rest of us Americans move forward. And it’s like that. Shit or get off the pot black people, because the rest of us are moving onwards and upwards. Join us or don’t. Your call. Either way, no skin off our back. Us Americsns are doing our own thing, with or without you. Ball’s in your court

i don't think you understand how government works bro. they're not "freebies". you're paying for them. you said so in your comment! residents of a city put money toward things that benefit their community (and thus themselves). schools, roads, emergency services, etc. idk how you differentiate between supporting each other and "waiting for the government to do it". what do you think the government does? i support my fellow americans in wellfare states by paying taxes from my blue state. our government then uses that money to fund their schools and public infrastructure. i'm supportive in that way 🤭

I searched for her name as a defendant on the Cook County clerks website. Since the year 2000, Tiffany Henyard has had over 30 lawsuits naming her and others as defendants. There are several foreclosures against her, so she has a history of not paying her mortgage/rent. I truly hope she is put out on the street, she will have a hard time finding anyone that will rent to her after all the comotion she has caused. She is on one hellacious power trip at the expense of taxpayers. She truly deserves to be a homeless person. Maybe one of her 20 or so supporters will let her camp in their backyard.

Amazing how this video is nearly an hour and it BARELY scratches the surface of how horrible this "super mayor" is.

Also if you vote because a candidate promises you special treatment, or "free gas" (I don't even know how a local mayor just gives people gas). Honestly I hate to say it, but appealing to this voting for selfishness, voting for "I'm a black woman", you get what you vote for. What you should vote for is someone who cuts stops the money fountain. It's not a free for all, remember everyone pays for the parties and nonsense and nails and escalades...Frugality is not cool, it's not exciting. It's the right and responsible thing to do. I haven't seen a ton of women with power, but it can get real ugly. If they get away with something, they always take it to the next level.
