I dunno ... my BA is in Visual & Public Art and I was taught something quite different about public art and what it’s purpose is and can be. Aesthetically I’m indifferent since there seems to be no content to the form other than learned iconography - but like only one letter of the vernacular alphabet of learned iconography.
