There is the drain-cleaner, bleach, caustic-soda, ... I melt the non-PVC made in china spray bottle by mixing... hair is protein... if you mix a few types of the bad-warning-label powder-things for pipes together with bleach, you can ... bad warning all the way down to the ground floor apartment. If you need to conductive-conductor carbon the pipes of ceramic the glass or tiles, the car shop have expensive graphene and ceramic wash for those purposes. Maybe mix a few more conductive charcoal pencil grease electro-plating liquids before slow flow...
