I knew this was coming, but ready to see how it plays out! Dr. Melendez is so handsome & it's harder to ignore those feelings when he's helped through such a traumatic time in her life. He's also probably still struggling with losing Dr. Lim so they're both leaning on each other. Even if it's not real love, which I think that might be the route they take, it's an intense & tempting feeling regardless. I hope they don't end up together though, I can do without another messy relationship on this show.

@@a_noelle8595 I haven't watched it but apparently, Shaun's love interest in that version is a combination of Claire and Lea. Basically, she is his colleague and neighbor in addition to being his love interest. For the US version, they created two different characters.

Gonna be hilarious when the writers kill one of them in the season finale and burst your bubble, shippers. 😂 It's confirmed that someone does die in the last two episodes. No way it's Shaun, don't think it's Glassy either. Maybe Lea, while Morgan would be the obvious choice, since most people don't like her and she has an expiration date with being a surgeon in the future, but that's exactly why killing her would be a little bit too obvious.

Nope. Claire is the second most important character on this show. She's not being killed off. Don't think Melendez is either. If they are really going for a major death, it's most likely Glassman or Lea.

I really hope the best characters, shaun, claire, melendez, lim survive survive! If there are smart writers they will. I never cared much for park, not the best character nor actor. Morgan has a expiration date but she is interesting and actually plays her role well. Glassy would be too sad cause he just survived cancer, and Shaun would be even more a mess. And unfortunate lea her role is not much any more. Friendship with Shaun broken and that was her main role. So she is a possibility but Shaun wouldn't take it well for sure. He would be devastated.. So in my opinion park would be a loss but manageable and wouldn't put Shaun again in a rampage of emotion.

@@asiyah7714 Right??? My. Mind. Was. BLOWN. I was like, Whattttttttttt???? That was crazy! I knew her therapy session would "stir feelings" but I didn't think she'd be the one to flat out admit it. I always thought that her therapist would tell her she had feelings for Melendez. That was my theory. Well shit. I was wrong but I'm happy about it. Hahahaha This was so much better!! Also, I looked back at their scenes and made so many connections! Melendez keeps giving her this "advice" to be the supportive friend BUT he also is giving her this advice because he's trying to push her away so he won't have feelings for her. Now, SHE, is keeps taking his advice for the same reasons. She was trying to just be "the friend" and not have feelings for him, but her being with Dash, made her realize she couldn't deny her feelings anymore. Also, also, remember when Melendez was caught off guard by Shaun's question about Lim? And he was hesitant to answer the question because Claire was sitting beside him?? She did the same thing in this episode! The surgical scene! Shaun asked her about the guys she's dated and Melendez looked at her, then she defensively replied, "It's not about me." She didn't want to discuss her PAST with Melendez in the room. I loved Melendez' confession to Claire last night! I thought that was a HUGE STEP for him! My Jaw DROPPED because I didn't expect him to take it there! When she walked away, and he had that look on his face, you could see he was really struggling with his feelings. They're both struggling!! This is GREAT! LOL

Yesterday I saw this incredible episode on colors infinity tv (telecasting in india monday to friday 10PM) on jio TV application on my mobile. I love Dr. Melendez acting and the way he deliver the dialogue with awesomely real expression. It's beyond the words. Dr. Melendez is a hero of this show after Murphy. But the sad thing I got to know on KZbin and some other sites that the makers of this series has killed him in the end of this season which is episode no. 20.
