That’s understandable, but that’s not being a leader. A very good leader leads by example and don’t lose their own people. Owen and Teddy are in their right mind to know that they are not working for Catherine, they WORK for their patients because they are good at what they do. 😂😂😂

I would seriously feel so unsafe at a hospital like Grey-Sloan Memorial. Their ability to justify rule breaking and recklessness never ceases to amaze me. I know it is a television show, but gosh darn it. For once, I would love to see somebody face some actual consequence when they do something wrong instead of trying to spin it as something noble.

Catherine was my all time favorite character but after Bailey stuck out for lucas that was amazing. And the interns stuck out for lucas well I called the badass and the interns threading Catherine bagged her to let Lucas say. I will let the interns say and include Bailey as well and Lucas as well. And Reba needs to come to Grey's anatomy and help out Bailey battles. My great idea is that Reba McEntire will be danielle that will become Bailey's sister.

It's about time people stood up to Catherine. She has become such a power-mad bully and it's sad. She had SUCH potential to be this beautiful leader who cared and listened to her people and took their opinions into account. But no -she went on to become a power crazy "only my opinion counts and no one can do anything" type of person. I hate that. And I give props to Debbie for portraying her so well, but if Catherine never came back to the show, I would only be too happy.

I thought season 20 was supposed to be the last one. They should have ended things with Maggie's and Ndugu"s marriage and leave some happiness and hope for the future. This show is so tired now. I almost dropped Greys Anatomy many times because the characters that i like kept dying or leaving the show. But luckily some characters like Bailey stayed and so did i. But these new interns man, they are kinda boring. Specially the ones that are like on and off couples. Yasuda is kinda cool though. 😊
