Let's put things into perspective. Richard Allen gets 130 years for brutally killing two teenage girls, and Kohberger is being tried for brutally killing four college students, and the DNA matches. Interesting how neither one of them got the entourage of a police escort that Luigi Mangione got. And now, the New York prosecutor wants the "death" penalty along with a whole slew of other charges for the alleged CEO killer, Luigi Mangione. My point is that the number and severity of the charges have been filed because of the value they place on the CEO because of his MONEY, NOT because he is the father of two. It's all about the MONEY the victim is worth that explains the number and severity of the charges! Based the aforementioned cases, there is NO WAY that Luigi is going to get the death penalty regardless of the number and severity of the other charges. So, they can fuggettaboutit!!! And, "terrorism" is a no-go as Luigi's target was specific and he states just that in his manifesto. Second degree murder is the best they can hope for with regards to the three levels of murder, 1st degree, 2nd degree, and 3rd degree. Other charges may also apply as well.

If you followed the case Richard Allen was railroaded and the true perpetrators are free. There is no justice for Abby and Libby. Allen's defense and exculpatory evidence was not allowed by Judge Gull. This is tragic.
