you do know that even if charred, a phone's data can still be recovered from the chips inside, and if the phone uploaded to cloud services? also if the stuff was somewhere in a glove box, in a briefcase etc., it's possible for them to survive. This has all the tell tell signs of more questions than answers and because of his background I those that are responsible for doing this investigation owe him and his family to do exactly that. Test and dust the gun for forensic evidence. Find the shell casing and do a full ballistic test. Confirm time of death, that has not been done and if so when did he die? Was the vehicle on auto pilot. What evidence is there that he used a hand detonator. Did any witnesses even hear a gun shot before he released this unverified hand detonator? Was a flash of light recorded at the so called time of him discharging the bullet from its chamber? How many miles can that vehicle go before needing to be recharged? At what level of charge was it when he received the vehicle? Where did he pick it up at, what time and was there video surveillance recording in the area? A computer analysis and a request for cooperation from the cellphone company is needed and a tech specialist to determine if he is the one who actually put whatever message they found in his phone. Meaning was the message sent or was it input into his phone. And at what time did this message record? And I could think of 100 more things that need to be verified first before they should be already out here saying he did this. He was strong and dedicated to this country. The rush job is suspect, the timing is suspect and the fact that he was a Trump supporter is suspect. So as they say in star Trek and what he and his family deserves is for the investigation to be thorough so, " fire everything"!!! He is worth it.
