Philippines is an example of a woman with substance, she has a title to speak for herself, and the judges see a sparkle in her. Moreover, Colombia's attitude as sour grapes, (you should see the interviews she had), really sucks. She didn't handle her emotions well as she called the PH a GHOST, as if she didn't exist. +burns83 I thought that at first too. But no. The broadcast was going on overtime and the crew off stage in front of Ary kept telling her to pass the crown to Pia. But Ary arrogantly held on to it. I tried to excuse her behavior due to shock and disbelief. But unfortunately for Ary there were many instances she proved she didn't deserve to win the crown. Footages after Pia was crowned show how in the midst of Ary's breakdown on stage, surrounded by biased contestants, Ary snubbed Pia's effort to comfort her. Sure she said on camera backstage how everything happens for a reason. But she was talking only about herself yet again. (Her answer to the final Q&A was full of herself). Then she posted inappropriately on instagram a photo of herself during the two minutes she was mistakenly crowned and hashtagged it "backtoback" as though she was the real winner. She should take that photo down and address her fans that the crown was never stolen from her in the first place.

I can’t believe it’s already been 6 years. When Perez mentioned how “losing was the best thing that happened to Miss Columbia” he really meant it. All the attention from the world at that moment even from most of the contestants went straight to Columbia. It’s understandable that they’d go to comfort her, but Philippines lost that moment of earning the crown that was her’s in the first place. As a matter of fact, I even saw a video of 2 MUO staff instructing Ariadna to give the crown to Pia but she didn't heed em so you can really tell she really doesn't want to give it to Pia. That moment could have save her from further embarrassment and humiliation by displaying what true sportsmanship should be. I mean, humiliation is just a psychological thing, if you don't know how to overcome it, then you are indeed a loser. She could have earned the respect and admiration from all over the world had she made that move but sadly she did not. Also, I saw a video that is exactly the same as this scenario, it was Miss World Puerto Rico 2000 when the host mistakenly announced the winner but unlike what Ariadna did, the candidate who was mistakenly crowned gave the crown and the sash PERSONALLY to the rightful winner as if nothing happened at all. She was all game, she never cried like a baby nor acted immaturely. She acted like what a true beauty queen should be.

Really glad that Perez made it crystal clear who they chose as the winner and that there was no ambiguity as to who was the rightful Miss Universe. The way Miss Colombia and her fans frame it makes it sound like she was the winner and Miss Philippines took the crown from her, but Colombia was never the top pick at all, as Perez stated. I truly appreciated how the judges expressed their admiration for Miss Pia Wurtzbach. Sir Perez Hilton & the rest of the judges amazed me because of fighting spirit they expressed that the deserving Miss Universe 2015 is Miss Pia Wurtzbach. I am not saying this just because I'm also a Filipino but because of the outstanding perfomance and potentials showed by Miss Pia. She is so humble, patient, understanding (even though she wasn't congratulated by the other models) and she was CONFIDENTLY BEAUTIFUL WITH A HEART!

The Philippines earned the crown fair and square. The judges all voted for her, the fa votes were on her side, but the contestants weren't but the final tally is still 5/6. We have to respect the decision, the winner, and the organization. None of us have the right to hate on the contestants because they didn't do anything wrong.
