nidting orange I hope they put a sign ...Close for Rainy Season...We have many caves in Our islands but nobody care to get inside because it's dark, smelly, full of bats. We all can learn to the survival spirit of these boys and their great assistant Coach.

@flmxzshawol6 жыл бұрын
You guys please, don't blame the coach! He takes care of the children so well. He told the children to conserve the energy by laying down because he knows that human can live without food for about 70 days. It's like a hibernation of the animals. He sacrifices so much by gave them all of the foods and water for ten days. Don't blame him. He also didn't know there would be the flood into the cave. He did so well! please encourage him.

This breaks my heart. Poor kids. I cannot imagine what they’ve felt during those days before they were found. And their coach is as old as I am. 25, he planned a beautiful day and it ends like this (worst nightmare for everyone who does something like this, education, coaching,...) he must’ve felt horrible. But, he kept the group together, safe and even fed them his food. I’m so glad that they’re all safe now. Hope they’ll be able to pick up their lives again soon.

Scary AF! I am getting all anxious just thinking of being in a cold, pitch black, flooded cave miles away from the surface. With a very a little chance of being rescued. Just imagining it is already starting to make me hyperventilate. I'll lose it in a few hours but they did it for 9 days. That is why I cannot find myself to blame the coach because to make the 12 kids to stay calm on that scary ordeal is just unbelievable. I won't be able to keep myself calm let alone 12 scared kids. It just shows that he is a good leader. The assurance and the comfort that he gave to those kids for them to keep it together must be the reason why they were all still alive when they were found. The meditation, the selfless act of giving his ration of food to the kids, he hugged them when they were crying, and holding their hands assuring them that they will be ok. And i read a thai article that the spot that they were found sitting was not their original spot. When they were seeking for the higher grounds as water rushing in, they arrived at a spot that was a dead end and not high enough for them to stay as water was still rising. The coach had to look around and was able to find a small opening but was covered with rocks. They had to remove the rocks and was led to a narrow passage way where they found a much higher ground. Who knows if it was a different coach. The outcome might have been different. Sure the rescue was bound to arrive but what if they only discovered bodies? These 13 is the epitome of human resiliency.

None of those kids drowed while fleeing further into the cave from the water floodimg the enterance, none of the kids died of starvation or dehydration. He kept them alive by himself for 10 days..I dont know why anyone would blame him. He is more than likely the reason those boys are still alive. If he wasnt there they would be freaking out, hyperventalating, unsure of what to do..he kept a group of 12 preteen-teen boys calm and as safe as possible..and he himself refuses to eat giving it all to the boys. You can be reassure that there's no reason whatsoever to let those kid and the coach die in the cave. every idea you can think of is already rejected or working on at this moment. Everyone is doing what they can in that situation. 6. then what can I do -nothing , just don't blame the coach / the rescuer / or the kids nobody can anticipate this situation or want it to happen. be respectful for the loss and be hopeful for the live.

It was something that touched my heart deeply. See how people from all over the world worked together in this rescue, and also mourn the sergeant who died in the process. Actually I could only be silent for a moment how amazing it was that it was lucky that all of them had survived.

Just watched Trapped 13. I'm so humbled by the spirit of coach Eek, he's truly a fantastic ambassador for Thailand. When just a boy he lost his whole family and then he grows up to become this amazing human being, a guardian angel for these kids.

This story gives me hope and keeps me belieiving that Racism, and the mninority thinking like that will oneday cease to exist! This was a beautiful humanitarian story, which brought me and many others to tears everynight around the world! God bless all those amazing, courageous,inspiring people involved in the rescue from day one. Those boys and there coach carried the strength of there ancestors from the past, the warriors of Ayothaya!

How has this got anything to do with racism???
@ploppledoodledoo172 жыл бұрын
@@DustySmith1 not much, i think they meant that since so many people came together to help out the kids and their coach, maybe some time the same sentiments would come up and racism would no longer exist thanks to it

I remember when this happened. Across the globe, every single day of those few weeks they would broadcast on the news an update about them. I remember my whole family were so scared and worried about them. A lot of us prayed for their well being. When they finally got out we were all so relieved. Man, that was a time
