People are so quick to say "don't shame the victim." No One is shaming her, but wrong is wrong. Hes wrong for cheating on his wife and shes wrong for sleeping with him. I will never say that its ok for anyone to be killed, however, people handle emotions differently. Some can walk away and some cant. People need to start thinking about consequences before they do things.
@ellamarsters8791
@ellamarsters8791 3 жыл бұрын
It's kind of fucked up that you have a bigger problem with people not wanting to blame the victim than you do with premeditated murder. Last I checked, homicide isn't a justifiable part of "people handling emotions differently." These people were twice her age. She just turned 20. Her mistakes are excusable; their mistakes are not. It's insane that you're so much more judgmental towards this young girl than those grown ass sociopaths that threw her away like she was nothing.
@kimberlythomas1583
@kimberlythomas1583 3 жыл бұрын
@@ellamarsters8791 If you read my comment, you clearly see that I stated no one deserved to be killed. Your statement implies that just because someone is 20 yrs old, they can do whatever they want and be excused. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. There are millions of teens and 20 year olds who choose to make the right decision every single day, so age has nothing to do with it.I'm not being judgemental at all. Whether you want to believe it or not, every decision you make in life has consequences and you don't get to decide what the consequence is...that's a fact. I'm not saying its right, but she made her decision. Decision meet consequence.

This story was very sad. But Kudos to the tenacious, dogged, " never let them get away with it", prosecutors. If only we had more determined, dedicated people like that in the justice system, more criminals would NOT WALK. I feel very sad for the Elvis's and the loss of their beautiful daughter and what could have been in her life. I hope they can find peace in God and our Creator, Saviour Jesus. It was truly amazing though, that after 6 years, these 2 prosecutors were able to get these criminals put away for 30 years solely on circumstantial evidence, of which some of it seemed to literally fall in their lap and they "knew" where to LOOK. Bravo!!!

I watched this on tv.. Why was everything Heather said on social media left out??? She went missing the same time my uncle did and nobody helped us we found him passed away a week later in a ditch no thanks to the cops. Smfh

My first thought upon reading the title was "opportunity, rationalization, and pressure." Ugh, why can't my brain escape studying for the CPA exam to watch some light murder content for just a few minutes?

ABC what is your problem with loading the full show? Or at least making sure all parts are uploaded? Or at least that after part 1 there is a part 2 instead of part 4? And then I have to go to search and look for part 2 and then I have to type this comment?? Seriously, what is the problem? Especially when your viewers have asked time and time again! It’s so damn annoying!
