My Dad had to fight tooth and nail the prevailing narrative in the 70's that the Mom should get custody, despite her mental unwellness( being pc here). He won..but we had forced visitation which i assume is the equivalent of what is being pushed today per this video. Someone needs to advocate for the wellness of the child and i applaud Lala for doing so.( And for her discretion in this custody battle for not calling out Randall for his multiple indiscretions).

She is inspiring. I am a child pf domestic violence. My father was rich and used the courts to abuse us. Their divorce has been going on in the suffolk county court since I was 7. I am 38 now. That is 31 years. There is no justice in broken systems. We ended up homeless. In my late twenties and I ended up in DV but broke the cycle and my engagement. My ptsd was so severe I lost the ability to walk for a year. I am now a certified advocate and hoping to get back to full time work and housing this year. I wish my mom had LaLa's strength and protected us more but she truly did the best she could. Ladies and gentlemen, who you marry is the most important decision you will make.

I wish people truly understood this about marriage AND that WHO you have children with, even if not married, absolutely matters. It is a LIFELONG connection that divorce does not dissolve and it can take you down in flames and cause more pain for you and your children than you can even comprehend. I know I'm probably in the minority but I don't agree with some of this. I understand where you're with someone and you break up because they are doing horrible things that you only just found out about and you are concerned for your child being with them but a lot of people just break up, decide they now hate this person and that they are not a fit person to take care of their child although they were perfectly fit to take care of them while you were still together. I see this going on a lot with people I know personally.I don't think it's okay to use things against someone that you didn't have a problem with while you were together

I'm not fighting the man for custody, so I'll say it. He's up there with Harvey Weinstein. But reunification therapy is abuse. Just like those tough love camps kids go to. Like the one Paris Hilton went to. There are people just in it for the money. People are easily swayed, bribed, and/or fooled. They aren't the answer to the problem. Because there is a problem. One parent can easily alienate another parent with lies, abuse, and bribes, as well. Against their children. Look at Jon and Kate. There should be an over-haul of the whole system. By people who care about children. Professionals that are highly educated. But the judicial system in our country is horrible. As long as that is in the way, no good can come of it.

Lala did not start a romantic relationship with him until he ensured her that divorce proceedings were taking place, she refused. HE then *lied* to her and *cheated* on HER when he went back to his ex-wife for about 6 months, and told his wife that he wanted to make one last effort in their relationship and lied to HER too & said he’d broken things off with Lala. Hence those NDA’s, he was trying to cover his ass so that he could play both women, he was desperately trying to get away with it, but they found out. Lala & Ambyr have been friends ever since. Unfortunately, it seemed like Ambyr convinced Lala that RE wasn’t such a bad guy, and that maybe she was the one who could “tame” him, and Lala stayed with Randall a bit longer, thankfully her daughter unexpectedly came before the marriage (wedding was pushed back, a side effect of COVID that actually did her a HUGE favor) something they both regret now, but they have been supporting each other, raising their daughters as half-siblings together, and have been each other’s rocks during each of their custody battles against RE. Stop pushing this BS, disgusting, deeply misogynistic false narrative. This woman was 24 years old when she met him, a powerful man 20 years older than him, and made the mistake of believing what he told her, and trusting him. This is a typical LA Story, unfortunately - it happens every day to young women, some of these men out there are just predators looking to toy with as many young women as they can, and sometimes juggle them with their young wives and children at home. That’s on THESE MEN. The relationship started out legitimate, she made sure of that, she does not like cheaters, that’s why he got away with what he was doing for as long as he did, because she already knew he had to have some sort of interaction with the wife he was separated from, so when he actually elevated that relationship again for a time, she didn’t suspect anything at first, it was just normal interactions with the mother of his children, she did not know he was presenting to her that their relationship was over. He is a POS, and only he is to blame. She is a strong single mother, they both are, and have both had very hard battles to fight for their children against this lying, cheating, manipulative sorry excuse for a man. Enough with pitting them against each other when they’ve been supporting each other for years. KATIE started that rumor 8 years ago because she heard that he was married, technically he still was, but didn’t bother to check the circumstances around that, which was that Ambyr had left him months previous to them even meeting, and by the time he was pursuing her romantically, Ambyr was out of the country, posting public photos in France with her new boyfriend, talking about “new beginnings”. She was right to think that their relationship was over, ANYONE WOULD. Leave this woman alone, let her fight these battles without continuing to drag her for things she *never did*. Stop blaming women for the shitty things men do. Stop blaming women for believing and trusting men; she has learned her lesson, she has more trust issues than ever thanks to Randall.🥺

Actually, the cast participate in a lot of charity work. LVP and her husband, Ken, are avid pet people and if it wasn't for reality TV they wouldn't make as much money for charity as they do.
