Seeing the Jack costume in the house but arranged with the mask on the wall makes me wish the mannequin from New Leaf was a DIY recipe. The mannequin model is in the game because it is in the Able Sisters shop. It would just be a matter of adding the DIY card and assigning crafting materials. We could set them up anywhere in town and we wouldn't be limited to four like the previous game.

So, I was wanting to know if the garland is only on Halloween day? Or is that available through a balloon or your neighbors DIY recipes? Me and my daughter have been popping every balloon we find and going into all of our neighbors houses when they are working and neither one of us have gotten it yet and we've gotten pretty much everything else except the garland that's available right now.. Plus we've been buying all the Halloween items and looks cranny and still haven't gotten it there either. I have yet to get a single message bottle with a Halloween recipe in it. I am also not gotten a recipe or spooky recipe from any of my neighbors while they were working either. My daughter has gotten a lot of them though from them while they were working
