Tqq so much m gng through this ... was searching a lot in social media this is the exact ans wat I got ... I had heaviness in ma stomach (bloating) m in early stage of pregnancy ... so thought if it would be ectopic ... now m clear .. there is no bleeding there is no pain .

No just take some tums chewable after you eat , for the cramps try not to bend over or lift anything heavy rest but you will be fine.

Urine test not always positive maybe should connect to your Gynaecologist who suggest beta hcg blood test and tvs
