I had very bad pain at same location, visit many doctors, had many ultra sound, xrays, urine and stool test, breath test, blood test for any kidney disease, CT scan but doctors said everything is fine you don't have anything. that give me more anxiety because I was not getting any treatment. With help of internet I come up with IBS. Still I feel pain if I eat something wrong. I have to watch my diet always and do exercise.

I started taking a poop, and after that it went on like i w as having diarrhea till it hurts like theres wrapped around my lower belly and and whenver i get an air out i feel relief, but then i notice i havent really been feeling the sense of pee, like i dont feel like peeing so i just got and pee the exact amount of liquid that i took, the pain on my lower belly has surpassed a little but im more worried as to why i dont feel the need to pee, 🥺 im also overthinking if it have to do about me lifting some heavy jugs of water

I had sudden pains in throughout the night. Like little shooting pains. Every 30 seconds to over 3-5 minutes. Some sharper than others. Any clue? I have issues with constipation. Doc has ordered tests prior and no H Pylori. Years back I had a Jejunaljunol Intussusception that turned out to be transient, getting better next AM and randomly no associated symptoms but showed in an MRI after I was diagnosed with gastritis, later IBS. I ate pretty well prior. Salmon, asparagus, brown rice. Now, it’s settled down.

Just went to the GI and have been suffering with lower left abdominal pain and was told that it is IBS and take soluble fiber supplement and go to a nutritionist that is booked so far out I have to wait until mid August to see her. I am not allergic to any foods that I know of as my primary doctor had me do blood tests to see if I was allergic to any foods. I have had high elevations in my liver for the past 5 years. The GI did nothing about it and didn't give me any tests or CT scans or stool tests or anything. So frustrated with this. I do have endometriosis, but this is a whole new pain all together. I told this new GI doc this, and he disregarded it. Healthcare is getting ridiculous will sit here and die before anything is done.

How about early Lumbo-sacral Spondylolisthesis ? my Abdominal-pelvic CT is clean except for this. btw my LLQ pain / discomfort is only 1 or 2 in 0-10 pain scale. but I have been experiencing alternating constipation / diarrhea, no blood in stool

I do have this pain for the past 3 years now I can remember when it started in April 2021 when I went to toilet and after that I had that first pain and later that night it was massive and since then it's just little discomfort and I always have problem with digestion I find it had to go to toilet easily and the week I will pass out pool well I won't feel that pain again but each time I am unable to pool well the pain comes back, the pain normally come each time I eat rice or bread because I think they block my digestive system But once I am passing out pool well I hadly feel the pain unless I get stoch inside my stomach Any advice

This is me but it also happens on the right side. Its unilateral in nature where one side is painful when it happens. Pcp is suspicious of ibs. General surgeon for my gallbladder removal thought it could be endometriosis and looked for it, but didnt find it. Gynecologist thought something to do with large intestine. Not much luck with zero answers. Pcp suggested to still see the endometriosis specialist, and gastroenterologist.
