@@DrBernardBeldholm Thank you doctor for a good informative video. My doctor has suggested me for a tummy tuck surgery as I have an umblical hernia and my belly is loose. Is there any side effect or complication in the future after doing the surgery? Can it be fixed without surgery like regular exercise or yoga?

Should always be done on the same time. Hernia removal and tummy tuck. If not the hernia comes back
