A president who has access to intelligence agencies and special forces and does nothing to remedy the problems is complicit. He needs to call emergency meetings and ask tough questions of the police and all agencies which are involved and put ultimatums or else heads must roll until answers are found. If he can’t, sort the problem then what the hell is he doing calling himself a president of a nation.
