Sir very nice video. My husband is Schizophrenic,from past 19 years he is under treatment , started with medicine,then ECT (2003) and the medicine till 2011. Now again he is affected and stated with qutipine and pacitane. He has more palpitation at night . My kids and myself only support him, other family members never does that. That always blame me for the treatment, they always refuse for treatment. Sir plz suggest that weather he has to continue long treatment for recovery? He is full of fear ,doubts, disorganized, doesn't involve in family discussion, can't make any discision, having difficulty in office for work ,always we have to observe him..,..

I feel very sorry for you sister. I can imagine your pain. Please don't listen to other people, but always consult with the psychiatrist about it and only listen to the dr.'s advice. Others will say many stupid things without really knowing anything about it. Someone very close to me also got a psychotic episode and I read a lot about schizophrenia. From a little bit of the knowledge I have, he has to take medicines for life mostly because you mentioned he had these symptoms for many years. Still please don't come into societal pressure and make decisions. Consult a psychiatrist before making any decision
