1. Proper Sleep and Wake time. 2. Parents should follow the same discipline 3. Setting the boundaries: Remove->inform the time threshold->child bargain-> give in but not 100% 4. Understand clearly between Yes and No 5. General rules for parents: a. Firm Voice, No raising voice b. No hitting. c. Giving options. d. Withhold and give back after threshold time e. All members of family follow same rule f. Warning: 1->2->3. 3rd warning without informing just say in action. g. Kids behaviour changes: followed for x times, Praise publicly, Reform/Guide privately. 6. Cultivate independent behavior in kids: Follow dincharya/ daily basic routine and try to lead them to do it independently: initially helping and then giving them independence and praising infront of others. Moral: Discipline gives you freedom. Cons: Freedom gives you chaos. Utilize time to the best.

.dear u need to make this rule...and try to engage him or her in some hobby class and physical activity like cycling, basket ball , cricket academy, gymnastic or any sports he likes..along with join music class ..play any 1 instrument , drawing classes can also great help nd last but not least...first of all..enroll him in siem online spritual classes..my daughte has joined this..its very convenient.

Maam mera beta 3.4 years ka h..but wo sunta hu nhi h. Avoid karta h sab pata hote hue bhi. Meri baate repeat krta h. Bohot moody h. Jab man hota h to wo sare kam krta h. But usko har ceez mein khel hi khelna hota h. Infact school mein bhi teacher ke control mein nhi aata hai. Wo bhi bol rhi thi ki meri baaten repeat krta h. Uske liye kya karu!? Jan teacher ki nhi sun rha h.
