I always liked how Blizzard re-used the repair/build animation of peasant-type workers in cutscenes, even though you couldn't use those animations without having to build or repair, of course.

I noticed that as I was editing the footage, but it's barely noticeable. It should be blatantly obvious so that details like that are easily noticed for the user on the first playthrough.
