I could (and have) lost hours watching classic footage like this. 😀

I retired 20+ years ago and now have the time to edit all my VHS and early 2000 cassette tapes. It takes time but I'm so pleased I kept them and bought a new VHS player. Thanks for your interest in my hobby. MIKE in S/Wales

At 3:28 what are the levers for that the man is pulling? They seem to be connected to the points for the uplifted track. The next points along - that the train actually uses - seem to be already set and have levers for doing this on the opposite side to that which the man is standing.

8:39 must be the last time that siding was used

In the long shot between 02:49 and 03:20 the sound is a bit off which is a shame as it's a great video. Thanks Mike

Yes I know; that's why it's taking me so long to edit these VHS tapes from almost 30 years ago. I've even bought a new VHS player to improve the play back. Sorry, I cannot do anymore I'm not an electrical engineer !!
