Aberdeen Station is located between Dundee and Inverness on the Scottish Rail Network
The Station is managed by Scotrail. Services here are mostly operated by Scotrail with LNER and Cross Country trains also operating a few services to/from Aberdeen throughout the week
Scotrail services here operate very regularly throughout the week. Scotrail services from here head usually towards Glasgow, Edinburgh, Montrose, Inverness and Inverurie
All services at the time of filming are operated using Class 158, 170 DMU's or Class 43 High Speed Train, all the above are all to be withdrawn with the introduction of purpose built new trains in the coning years.
LNER services from here operate a few times a day either towards Edinburgh, Leeds and onto London Kings Cross using Class 800-802 Diesel Electric Multiple Units.
Cross Country services again operate a few times a day from here throughout the week heading towards: Edinburgh and onto Plymouth and Penzance. These services are operated with Class 220/221 Diesel Multiple Units.
