This richly textured dram is matured in a combination of ex-Sherry and ex-Bourbon oak casks for 21 years. Over two decades of resting in oak has added an overall richness; wood exerts its influence but doesn’t overwhelm.
Tasting note: Abounding in heather honey, creamy macadamia nuts and chewy beeswax. Plush with dried fruits, toasted coconut, silky oak and a wee trace of smoke.

I've been a long time drinker of Aberfeldy 12. My wife got me the 18 finished in Red Wine Casks. Its so good but hard to compare due to drastic differences. I recently found the 16 at a good price and purchased it and the flavor is way more concentrated. Really love the 16. Looks like at this point I just need to collect them all!

Hello fellow Calgarian. I'm happy to see someone else is enjoying Aberfeldy. I really like the 12 but the 21 is on sale right now for just over $110 in Calgary. That's about half the price in the UK and it is a substantial discount from the other stores in town. Should I buy a case? LOL.
