no person can ever be convicted for the abetment if the person allegedly responsible for the offence committed has been acquitted because the measure of guilt of abettors depends upon the nature of the act committed and the manner in which it was executed.

In the illustration of abetment by conspiracy(thieves) if the servant neither open the door nor did the robbers come. Will the servant be liable under 120B? As in case of criminal conspiracy commission of act is not necessary

General advice is not abetment ( there must be active suggestion ) . 2. here the intention of A is to cause death of ' C ' it may be done with B or c or anyone. So ,here the act was done , in furtherance of abetment by A .so , A is liable for that act.

Ans....When we abet a person of unsound mind and a child below age 7, he may get acquitted but we get the punishment for that offence. If this is the case then A may subjected to punishment.

In the example of abetment by conspiracy (the servant one) If the thieves not come, the servant will not be liable under this section But Explanation 2 of Section 108 says that to constitute an offence of abetment it is not necessary that the act abtted should be committed, So how the servant is not liable?? The servant will be liable na?? Even if the offence of theft is not committed
