Kidnapping includes both adult and kid in IPc sec 360, 359 it is clearly mentioned.please rectify your statement.

You interpreted section 369 IPC wrongly. As human body and parts thereof are not construed Movable property according to Section 22 IPC. Discussed "Movable Property" kidnapper/Abductor takes from his person not of child. Hope you don't mind. Otherwise you are having excellent teaching skills.
