It is soooo strange I JUST pulled out my Mary Luminizer the last time I applied makeup after not using it for months! AND, there you were using it! It is STILL one of the best. The years old Laura Mercier Highlighter in #1 is also similar in quality. MAC Plum Dressing Powder Blush or Sleek, and Tarte or NARS, make similar colors too, for anyone out there that does not have that super pretty Bare Minerals one that you used. Plus, Sleek products are so affordable and you can get them online from anywhere. This sort of mauve, plummy, bronzy look is so “in the moment” and a good color scheme to try if you are afraid of the more colorful truly purple looks. The color mauve compliments ALL skin tones without question. LOVE this look! Keep up with all the perfectly chosen color combinations that you so easily seem to do. THAT is one of my biggest challenges!!!!! I have asked many of the Beauty KZbinrs to please create a video on the color wheel or spectrum, and to please teach we novices about good eye shadow colors for certain eye colors, for similar and completely different color combos that look fantastic, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, which colors NOT to place side by side / or mix together, that may cause muddiness / patchy color, or the infamous “Panda Eyes” or “Just Beat Up” black eyes look that we all dread after finishing what once was the most beautiful application of base / contour, etc., that you had EVER done, that now needs to go because a BIG BOO BOO has made it your only choice. 🤭😳😲😖😫😩😢😢😭😭😭🙁☹️😑😵🤢🤮 HELP, Help us... PLEASE? Not one person has ever responded to that request.... Maybe... just maybe.... Will it be you? I THINK ALL SUBJECTS HAVE TO BE UNDERSTOOD AND MASTERED FROM THE BOTTOM UP. If you do not have a good base, you cannot build upon it. And whether that base is Chemistry, Cooking, MakeUp Application, etc., I have found in my lifetime, that this belief is true. Maybe you can call the series Beauty Basics or something like that. Sounds like you are from Australia?? I have never been there. I cannot travel because I am chronically ill, so any VLOGs would be amazing! I can picture myself there thru your camera. Thanks for the video! I've been watching quite a few tutorials to figure out whether this palette is for me or not and I have to say, this is one of if not my favourites thus far. I love that you can see your genuine excitement and love for the shadows you're using as you apply them! Also, I'm actually pretty grateful you used a lot of the shades rather than a select few - I've been hesitant as to whether I should pick up this palette or not because I'm the type of person that would want to use all shades and not a select few so I found this tutorial especially helpful! Hmmmmmmm this is such a tough question WOAH. My top 3 are Tarteist Pro, Modern Renaissance and Too Faced Semi Sweet Palette. Tbh I'd probably have to say the semi sweet, it's just so versatile and easy to use... but I've had that one for the longest so maybe I'm just biased... I'm getting so stressed trying to choose hahaha hopefully this helped you a little babe 😂
