Ajahn Pasanno cautions against the tendency to complicate meditation practice. Grounding the meditation in awareness of breath can relax body and mind, and help settle into knowing and letting go. One should contemplate ones experience through the lens of impermanence.
This talk was given on May 15, 2021 at Abhayagiri Buddhist Monastery.
