And if all you see is words and images and sounds and Want a method to deal with thoughts while at work or a particular situation then you want to rely on mind. Which is appearing in the fact. So again these are all just words which are not pointing at the heart of you at all. Because you stand with your mind. But its ok, it's just words. But when you use them they are magical and meaningful again. Incredible.
