I am sorry but talent is leaving India for a reason. Flashback 12 years (year 2012), I remember me and my friend tried to apply to DRDO through recruiting (at that tine they were still recruiting). It was our dream to work for DRDO. Unfortunately we lost the battle because we belong to general category and not SC-ST-OBC. Not to brag about it but just to give you perspective, we both have tremendous technology publications and patents. India could have used our talent but somehow caste politics was more important. Today I work in US and contribute here, not because I wanted to but because India didn't want us. A generational talent was wasted. I can't roll back the watch but saving this new generation from brain drain is still in your hand.

I would suggest you take a drive along the Nashik Highway, Goa Highway, Gujarat Highway, or even the newly built Samruddhi Expressway to check the condition of these roads. Frankly, they are in terrible shape. I had a friend visiting, and I felt embarrassed to have him in the car with me. He was shocked, having traveled to many places, to see how Mumbai's roads are practically meant for off-roading. My point is this: if we can’t manage to build and maintain a basic road, which is one of the simplest forms of engineering, how can we expect to create complex weapons or advanced technology? I would really like to see you make a video highlighting the road conditions in and around Mumbai. We lack proper footpaths, government and important buildings don’t have adequate parking, and there’s no proper access for disabled individuals. Given your insight and wisdom, I’m sure you can understand the gravity of the situation, and I’d be eager to hear your thoughts on it as well.
