Thanks. My advice is Abhidhamma is not that important and useful in our life but Sutta is very useful. So try to listen all Sutta and make Short notes. It will be very helpful for your practice. Regards

I searched in Google. There are so many free books on Puggalapannathi in English. You can try it. You know English very well ,so seems to be no problem
