one mistake The rake shown here is actually the one having green yellow color. Wikipedia reported it incorrectly. The 8N or ngef rakes had green yellow color while the BHEL or Bn series had yellow and brown color. The first ngef rake was dark green with yellow stripe on windows and the others had the stripe below the windows. Rake B2 of BHEL had orange color with blue stripe which used to run between Dumdum and belgachia The one in howrah rail museum is the motor car of the second ngef rake

Eta to 8N series mane ICF/NGEF rake Ekdom 1984 e ICF BHEL 4 coach rake chilo 9 units 8ta scrap kora hoechilo after 8 coach came into service And one compartment with its original green yellow color is in the Howrah rail museum
