Because they are run directly by Indian railways under the railway minister as a separate unit. And you know how lazy and corrupt these central govt employees are especially the bjp ministers who don't want anything good for bengal

@@princeanish4013😂😂😂😂😂 state government will not help for single thing. In other states state and central together builds metro. It’s 50-50 stake in other states. Kolkata metro is only metro which is completely run by Indian railway itself. Still you are talking central is doing nothing 😂😂😂😂😂😂. Central is doing everything.If central is not there then there will be no metro as Bengal government doesn’t even think about metro.

who said anything about pride ? the order for these rakes were placed back in 2015 when Indo-Chinese relations where not as it is now since the deal was finalized back in 2015, India couldn't back out of this deal since transactions were made and backing out of a confirmed trade deal will not leave a good impression of India in the World Trade Organization...

@@metrorailspotter3426 WTO is anyways is biased towards china and we Indians need to penalize china for any trade restrictions. That is where pride comes in and china does not seem to care about good impression.
