he maybe right, but that was accidental. there was no logic to his predictions. he was just a abusive parent/husband. there was no logical reasoning in him hating Akshu, or not wanting her to marry Abhi. it was a selfish reason, he desperately wanted Abhi's love , that why he always went around saying he is Abhi's father not that 'Abhi was his son', that was deliberate so people remember that he was Abhi's father, because the way Abhi treated him always angry and calling him Sir as a way to show that he doesn't consider him as his father. give it enough time people would forget that Harsh was his father and was some senior employer that Abhi despised. Harsh was bloody insecure how could Abhi love and respect everyone in his own house and yet his own father there is only disgust and shame. Akshu annoyed him to no ends because she was the mirror to his failure, how could this woman be so beloved to his son so quickly and with no to little effort , this woman who Abhi put above most cannot handle her getting humiliated and jumps at any moment to defend her and to listen to her and agree with her sentiment most times, while Harsh any chance be it be in private or in public there is not a second thought given to humiliating him let alone defending him, Abhi has wanted to beat him a few times it seems and when it comes to listening to Harsh the less said the better. When Harsh says that Akshu will destroy the house he meant any semblance of a chance of a relationship with his son, because he knew that Abhi hardly gives him any time of day unless forced, Akshu as his wife he will be preoccupied with his work , then his mother and the family and his wife. Abhi would not even notice Harsh, that why Aarohi made perfect sense to him, not does he get a loyal lifelong employee doctor in hospital who they can easily manipulate as she would always want to applease and try to gain respect/approval from them as they are her senior doctors as such she would be easy to control and she could also help in making Abhi listen to Harsh's suggestions more just like he uses Manjiri to get Abhi to do something he wants, he gets another outlet in the form of a wife to influence Abhi. he also knows that Abhi will never love Aarohi and may even blame her for not getting his beloved, so there is more of a chance that Abhi forms a better relationship with his father as a he can be another consoler to Abhi every time he is annoyed be Aarohi. Harsh was just some Abusive arrogant prideful person who could never stand to lose as most arrogant prideful people are, Akshu was the personification that he had lost in its finality and there was no hope of left to win over his son. he was just jealous of Akshu. it's not like he didn't play a part in his destruction of Abhira, he most probably traumatized Mangiri that she started thinking like him and destroyed Abhira, something Harsh failed in, Remember for years Mangiri always obeyed, defended her Husband even going against her own son, her son's happiness was second to her subjugation to Harsh. Even at the end when all was said and done Abhi's happiness came second, her loyalty(stockholm syndrome ) stayed with her ex-husband. You can see it at the end she was lamenting that Akshara won and took Abhi away from her (Hash's greatest fear) .
