i am nursing my 17 year old Bichon, she can barely walk but her spirits are good , she eats well and like me she just cant walk well and like me in her very senior years. They are family and makes even an old man cry to know when we lose them. My baby life expentency was longer than mine when I got her. I am post transplant patient. Now 17 years for her and 16.5 years later for my new heart we are still fighting. No one knows how much longer we do have so we just try to cherrish our time here with them and family.
