All the time I used to put coffee powder directly into boiling milk water and include sugar later.. and today when I made coffee, I could taste a different blend of coffee that I get in premium hotels.. this was an excellent video.

Hi Ma'm, Thank you for coming up with this series. Without the basic know how and quick/ easy cooking tips, cooking has been a big no no to me. I never enjoyed it. Daily series is a great gift to all of us, who were into books, tuition and jobs all this while and now suddenly wondering how to master this basic art. Please come up with more basic videos- masala /ginger garlic preparation with preservation time n tactic, meat/fish cleaning, pickle preparation etc etc. This may mean very basic esp. for a celebrity chef like you Ma'm. But learning from you would mean mastering the cooking world for us.
