Kayak Bass Fishing with My Girlfriend - Finesse Techniques for Inactive Summer Bass - Ned Rig

The GF and I went to Lake Oliphant in Chester, SC to try our luck at catching some very lethargic summer largemouth. The bite was tough, but we were able to find a few finesse fishing with Shakey Heads and Ned Rigs. I hate to admit it, but she's starting to get pretty good at this fishing thing. She can catch the fish no problem, but holding them? Well that's another story...

The faces when she holds a fish had me on the floor laughing. Had a great time meeting everyone and hanging out at Abidefest. I was wondering why I didn't see anyone doing videos, but never gave it another thought after a couple minutes. Keep up the fun entertainment!

She made some faces, for sure! And as far as Abidefest, lesson learned. I definitely will need someone filming full time. I thought I'd be able to do it myself, but running that event was far more involved than I was expecting. But a fun time, nonetheless.

I hope you did better than I did. I caught 2 small ones within the first 30 minutes. Then didn't get a bite for the rest of the day. It was demoralizing!

Hey buddy how you doing? Man you is not lying hot summer days being on some tough fishing. As much as I complain about the Heat I love it more though. I like it more than cold. That was awesome that you and your wife was out kayak fishing together spending some time together. Those were some nice fish you were catching. Especially the fat one. Me and my family and my wife's coworker and family we are all going on a weekend kayak trip next weekend. Looking forward to it and hope I catch me a big one. Going to a spot that I never heard or been to before. Man you'll get together look like it was a blast. I sure did miss out on some Good Times but I did enjoy the pictures. Thank you for sharing the pictures on your Channel. I really really like to end with the kid fishing at the bank. That was awesomely. When I saw that I saw my grandson Noah fishing. I can't wait to see that happen. Oh Josh you won't believe this buddy but my grandson done already outgrew his sandals and flip flops I bought him last Saturday. Thursday I got a call from my daughter-in-law saying that Noah's flip flops would not fit on his feet anymore so she went to try to put on his sandals and his toes were hanging off the front of the sandals. Did not even get a full week of wearing them. It's a good thing that I bought different size sandals and flip flops for him to wear. I'm now worrying how wide his toes are going to get and how big his foot is going to get cuz I don't want him to have the same problem that I had with Footwear. He's growing really fast cuz he eats like a hog but that's a good thing. I hope you and your wife had a good weekend buddy. I will see you next weekend buddy.
