The teaching from Bible is wonderful in itself. Just as the Bible says in Psalms 119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. 2Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is useful for teaching and for showing people what is wrong in their lives. It is useful for correcting faults and teaching how to live right. How wonderful it is to be taught by God Himself, we are so blessed to have His Word with us. I'm filled in with the teaching and everytime I think about Jesus, tears roll down. Im from Nagaland, India.

I've experienced this well during a time of fasting for a long time.. The Lord was who I drew strength energy and zeal to keep going and to stay active. I'm surprised at how energized and able I was to do all that I did during that period without any physical food to draw energy from. Christ definatly helped me a lot during then and still continues to. I believe that if you want to trust someone, put your life in their hands. Rely completely on Him and watch Him move. I need to remind myself of this every day. Prayer is our bucket that draws the water from the well our Lord Jesus Christ.

I was so excited when I saw the title of this and loved watching the whole thing. It's so timely! I always feel re-energized whenever I spend quiet time with Jesus and this video is such a good reminder to continually do so. Less than 6% of evangelicals read their bible, which is something I heard the other day and it really surprised me. I've been looking at a lot of the old testament scriptures lately and I was wondering about how the Sabbath abides to our lives as in the creation, the lord rested on the 7th and throughout the laws listed in Leviticus, numbers and Deuteronomy people are cast out of the camp for not sticking to the law of the holy Sabbath. Does it still apply to our lives? If so how do we do it in this fast world we live in? and if not, why not?

Joseph Smith Jesus is our rest, or our Sabbath. Read Galatians ch. 2. no one is justified before God by the law, he died (Paul) to let Christ live in and through him, therefore he is at rest, or living in a habitual Sabbath because it is no longer him living but Christ living in him. Paul said if your trying to justify yourself before God by the law you've alienated yourself from Christ, you set aside the grace of God and Christ died in vain in your life. Jesus said follow me, not the law, the law came through Moses, grace and truth through Jesus Christ. What Jesus did on the cross was become sin for you, to get rid of your sinful corrupted man in Adam, so he can come live in you, because you've been made new and pure by the holy spirit which he sends to live in you when you repent and turn from your way to his way and his commands. When you die to you, he begins to live his life in you and empower you by his grace and power to live a supernatural Resurrected life seated with him in heavenly places. Under law, you are in you and self and you will have no power, and no strength to live the Christian Life. Law is you, grace is him. He is strong, you are not. In you, you cannot and don't even believe you can follow Jesus and do what he says because your living out of your head and not your spirit where he lives. Jesus said in John 7 whoever is thirsty come him an drink and out of your belly, or you inner being, or inner man, your heavenly man, your spirit man, your Resurrected man, the real man who was made new through the cross that Jesus lives through by the holy ghost will flow rivers of living water. The key is to do what Jesus taught bo.. he said lose your life, hate your life, take up your cross daily and follow him.. he's trying to get rid of you, so you can live like him because he did nothing of himself. That's why after hearing this teaching, you need to go to Jesus himself and ask him to teach you to abide in him. Jesus himself can teach you to do what he taught, go to him in prayer bo. Joseph Bowman Dear brother...that’s beautifully written and explained; yes Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath...meaning He is the Lord of every ‘born again’ believer...(not just once a week) but daily!Jesus is our Sabbath..as we rest and live in His Holy Spirit in us, (when we die to the flesh...His Holy Spirit can then live fully in us) since it is the Holy Spirit who empowers us to live according to all that Christ commanded us to live...in every area of our lives! Col 2:16 -“Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days... 17)Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ!” Hence Jesus said...we MUST pick up our cross daily (crucify our flesh daily)...so that we can follow the Lord of the Sabbath in our lives daily...Yeshua! Thank you so much brother for your beautiful explanation...as it helps me to see things in better perspective (according to God’s Word) too! May God richly bless, protect, (Ps 91) and keep you and yours under His Wings always...Amen!
